About White N Bright Spa in Thane

When we opened White N Bright in 2017, anyone in Thane who wanted a genuinely professional massage had one real option: get in the car and drive to Mumbai or Powai. A city this size, and not one spa held to that standard. We are Mani Nair and Tulsi Singh, and we built White N Bright to change that — to give Thane a spa worth staying home for.

The two of us behind it

Between us we bring more than three decades in this industry. Mani Nair spent 20+ years in spa and five-star hospitality — including ITC Fortune Landmark in Ahmedabad, the Oysterbay Hotel in Dar es Salaam, and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Dubai — together with classical Panchakarma training at Arya Vaidya Pharmacy, Coimbatore, and Western spa training at VLCC. (White N Bright is a Western-style day spa; we don't offer Ayurvedic medical treatment.) Tulsi Singh brings 15+ years in spa and beauty and runs our treatment floor.

It is a rare combination, and a deliberate one. One of us shapes the standard and the experience; the other lives on the floor — treating guests and training every therapist who joins us. That pairing is White N Bright.

An experience, not a service

We don't think of what we do as a massage, or a facial, or a body scrub. We think of it as an experience — and an experience reaches all five senses, not one. From the moment you step in, each is looked after, in turn. The scent in the air. The calm your eyes settle into across the interior. The music. A cup of refreshing lemon tea. And then the part you came for: the touch of experienced hands that know exactly what they are doing.

When all five senses are cared for at once, by therapists at the top of their craft who quietly exceed what you expected, something happens that a single treatment never can — your body relaxes, and so does your mind. Questions guests ask before their first visit

Do you welcome men as well as women?

Yes — White N Bright serves guests of every gender. Every treatment is delivered by our professionally trained team.

Can couples and families come together?

Yes. Our couple suite is built for two, and families are very welcome — many guests share the experience with a parent or gift it to their family.

Will the quality be the same whichever therapist I have?

Yes. Every therapist trains under Tulsi to our standard before they work with guests, so your treatment is consistent across our whole team.

Is the spa private and hygienic?

Treatments take place in clean, private rooms with fresh linen for every guest. Running a clean, safe, professional space has been our standard since 2017.

Do your facials use steam or machines?

No. Our facials are entirely hands-on — manual techniques with skin-type-specific products, and no machines. It is a deliberate part of how we work.

Do I need an appointment?

We recommend booking ahead, online or by phone, especially for weekends and the couple suite. We accommodate walk-ins whenever a therapist is free.
