We serve all genders. Our therapist team is all-female. For facials, waxing, threading, and bleach, female aestheticians serve our women guests — Tulsi Singh delivers these personally. For massages, our female therapists serve all guests.
Are your prices the same on the website as in person?
Yes — every price is published with 5% GST included. There are no “starting from” prices and no surprises at billing.
Do your facials use steam or machines?
No. Our facials are deliberately no-steam, no-machine — refined hands-on technique with Thalgo’s French marine products, which is gentler for sensitive or reactive skin. (Steam and shower are complimentary with full-body massages and body treatments, just not with facials.)
What’s the difference between Swedish, French Aroma, Balinese, and Deep Tissue?
Swedish is the classic, gentle relaxation massage. French Aroma adds soothing aroma oils for stress relief. Balinese uses firmer, rhythmic pressure. Deep Tissue is the firmest, targeting deep muscle tension — it’s our most-requested therapy.
Do you have a couple spa option?
Yes — couple sessions can be booked together in a shared setting. Call us and we’ll arrange the timing.
Can guests aged 15–18 book treatments?
Guests aged 15 to 18 may book selected therapies only, accompanied by a guardian of the same gender who remains present throughout the session.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations with less than 3 hours’ notice (or no-shows) are charged in full; 3+ hours’ notice is charged at 50%.
Do I need an appointment?
We strongly recommend booking ahead — online or by phone — so your preferred time and therapist are reserved, especially if you’re driving in from the Estate.
